ICICI Bank — exorbitant charges levied on my icici bank credit card | |||
Dear sir / madam, It is a matter of concern that icici bank credit card dept is imposing heavy interest charges on my icici bank credit card. This is happening from last two year. I have a outstanding of 30k and am not able to pay it in one short but by default am paying the minimum amount suggested by icici bank every month before the due date, but now i am receiving messages from the bank that i need to pay 1800/- extra this month. I am really not understanding the funda and hence would like you to investigate the matter, i would also like to settle down the balance amount and close the card for ever. I have tried calling icici fasttag customer care number 100 times however no one answers the call...if they dont serve the customers why do they setup the system and waste time of customers.
