ICICI Bank — experience certificate and relieving letter not received

Dear Team,
I am an ex-employee of ICICI Bank. My employee code was 210055. I resigned and completed my services at ICICI bank on 13 Oct 2016. Still, now I have not received any experience or relieving letter from ICICI Bank. It has been very traumatizing because I am unable to apply elsewhere because of this unavailability of experience letter.
Kindly help me out and do the needful.
