ICICI Bank — expression debit card not working

Sir last year i made a complaint that my expression debit card is not working. They didn’t helped me even after sending mail n this year too amount has been deducted from my account so i asked them to send me another atm card with picture but nothing has been done. I am very upset. This is cheating..
My name is vasundhra sharma n last 4 digit of my atm is 0931. My account no is[protected]
