[Resolved] ICICI Bank — expressions debit card doesn't have access to delhi airport premium lounge

I was recently sold an expressions debit card saying that it will provide me complementary airport lounge access. I'm sitting at Delhi airport international departure and i went to Plaza Premium Lounge on T3 only to be sent back. The staff there claimed that ICICI cards were stopped sometime early this year. I went to their website and they still proudly provide the misleading details there, see https://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/cards/Consumer-Cards/Debit-Card/expre...⇄ and go to "Complimentary airport lounge access". The website still lists both domestic and international lounges at Delhi airport. Here is the copied entry from their website:

6 Delhi 1. Plaza Premium Lounge (T1D)
2. Plaza Premium Lounge (T3) 1. Plaza Premium Lounge (T3)
2. ITC Lounge (T3)

I went to both Lounge A and Lounge B just to make sure this was indeed the case. Is this way you cheat your customers? I've been an ICICI bank customer for ~10 years or more.

Updated by ksumit_bangalore Really disappointed and angry about this. I even argued with the staff there that ICICI sold me this card just few weeks ago but now my confidence on ICICI has gone to bottom!!!
