ICICI Bank — Expressions Debit Card Money Fraud

Without asking expressions debit card was issued to me. Why? Why was I not asked? I got a message that amount would be deducted from my account. I contacted customer care and asked to cancel expressions debit card as I was never asked about it. He said it is cancelled and then also an amount of 588 Rs. was automatically deducted from my account.

Also, their customer care phone number is not toll free. I lost my 50 Rs in customer care and still 588 Rs. was deducted from my account. What a shame!!!
