[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Extra amount deducted from loan without intimation | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Hiranmoy Das, Applied for loan on Jan’16 through Apna Paisa.com During our conversation the Bank employee assure me they will provide me 3.5 Lack for 48 months tenure @14% ROI and 1% PF, Insurance charge is optional/ not mendatory .But ICICI not kept their word, soo many hidden /extra charges deducted from loan amount . My complaints are as follows. 1. Still not getting any sanction letter from bank don’t know the Loan account No still date . Narration of my Bank statement are as follows (RTGS/ICICH[protected]/ICICI BANK RAROG//URGENT) 2. As per commit of bank and Apna paisa executive insurance was not mandatory but amount has been debited without intimation. 3. Loan amount receive on 21/01/16 but 1st EMI debited on 10/02/16, Minimum 30 days time not provided to me. 4. Signature verification deducted Rs 114.5 every Month. 5. Sanction letter not issued to me or not provided any loan document. I am not satisfied of misconduct of ICICI bank of the above issue, Loan guard/insurance amount deducted without any intimation, Minimum 30 days gap not given for 1st EMI, Sanction letter or any loan document not issued to me, Signature verification charge deducted for every month for ECS payment . On the above circumstances, I would request to you please take care the issues and give me the proper justice to me Was this information helpful? | |||

I recieved from rarog INR 7644, may I ask why I got this from ICICI ???? If I get charged any for this I will assure I will do the needful. I do not need this money and not any charges too.
