[Resolved] ICICI Bank — extra charges

Hi, Today, when I checked my bank account I was very upset to find this AMC PINS recovery charge of 2809 from my bank account. When I checked on ICICI website there is no mention of it but when I checked on internet, I found several complaints against ICICI in consumer court regarding this problem. I never use my ATM card as I am not India and I have never asked for any recovery so what are these charges? I am very upset with ICICI as they keep debiting money from my account on some excuse or the other. I do not know how you can help but I would appreciate any help that I get. Hi Team, I have noticed a charge of INR 2500/- along with CGST and SGST for AMC pins recovery for a Demat account that was closed over 2 to 3 years ago. This is with ICICI Bank. I have not been charged all this time but suddenly saw that charges again on the 13th of August 2018. When calling they directed me to write an email to the nri services team. The reply given is vague and non satisfactory. No reply from the team despite writing back and sending reminders. Really upset and fed up. please help and revert. Thanks. Vikas Prince.
