Hi Team, I have noticed a charge of INR 2500/- along with CGST and SGST for AMC pins recovery for a Demat account that was closed over 2 to 3 years ago. This is with ICICI Bank. I have not been charged all this time but suddenly saw that charges again on the 13th of August 2018. When calling they directed me to write an email to the nri services team. The reply given is vague and non satisfactory. No reply from the team despite writing back and sending reminders. Really upset and fed up. please help and revert. Thanks. Vikas Prince.
