Amount Wrongly Transferred to another PAYEE

I am totally frustrated because of the new ICICI application. I transferred 8000 rs to kandasamy(payee name), i already added and transferred many times before to kandasamy. But this time amount transferred to Kuppusamy(i dont know who is that), but still i am seeing payee name as kandamay-(12 digit of kuppusamy account number). How is this possible in ICICI. I have to bank asked about the reversal and complaint but bank peoples saying this...

Hi, I have applied for a credit card in ICICI on 27/06/2014, but till date yet to get any confirmation from the bank side and also when i call the executive she states to go to the branch and can any one say what is the status of the application. My application number is : s[protected] Contact number is :[protected] I have called the customer banking guys but they said I will get a call back but it didn't happen.     myself swapnil sonawdekar.one month ago i had gone to icici fort branch to apply for credit card. i had given my all banking details what advisers had asked for . i was already cleared that i just want to get credit card, adviseres told me to open bank account in icici then only i can get credit card, so did i. after opening account after one month now advisers are telling me sir you cant get credit card because your salary is not eligible for it.. both advisers traped me to open bank account. they spoke lie to me they hide information from me just to improve their customer ranking. is is what the status of icici bank? how can person will keep trust on icici if advisers are cheating like this? i want answer...my mobile number is [protected] fort icici branch advisers name : bhanudas and sameer

      sir money from my account is deducted for some ATMDEC CHG, that too 5 times in a row at same date i.e 06/08/14 total amount that is deducted is 140.45, and the worst part was that i was in dire need of money when this happened, no alert was sent on my phone no or on my email, this is very bad on behalf of icici bank, can some one please suggest what legal action i can take in this regard, as i faced some serious problem due to this deduction, abhisheikh parihar acc no[protected] [protected]@gmail.com ph [protected]

        I received a marketing call today from ICICI customer care. The customer care professional was very rude and talking rudely as I dint like his health insurance plan. This is a not a professional way to talk, His name was Manish Sharma from Insurance department Mumbai. I am not happy with way he talked to me on phone.

          After submission of all the required documents, its 1 month passed my account has not yet opened.
          Two executives of your bank playing the game as they are from different branches, 1 has taken form with address proof and 1 has taken id proof but both are behaving as they are strangers.

          Now i am suffering as its not done yet.

            As bank cut my balance on regular basis, after requesting for change the plan. I submit my land proof for change the address but they refuse. But in case of new account all these proofs has been OK. So kindly help me. I am not able to receive my bank statement because of change my address and they cut Rs.500/- per month on regular basis.

              Not yet received the KIT for newly opened Salary Account

              I have opened a salary account on 16-17 days back in the month of JULY . I have got the account no as[protected] via SMS . ICICI bank employee had told that I will receive my KIT within 7 days but 15 days passed till now I have not received anything. They asked me to update the Account Number in my company as my salary account but without any net banking details or debit what will I do with this. I need my debit card, net banking...

              Hello Team, I tried to transfer 30, 000 to my brother SBI account (Account Number :[protected]. When
              i tried transfer through mobile bankings 3 times end up with error.
              when i tried 4th time it shows no balances and then checked my mini
              balance observed

                  Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Bank at Tonk Road, Jaipur branch and my account no. is[protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock. My account has been debited by MAB charges thrice. 02/06/2014 SMAB Chgs-Apr14+Stax 43.26 Dr. 393.26 30/06/2014 SMAB Chgs-May14+Stax 43.26 Dr. 393.26 06/08/2014 SMAB Chgs-Jun14+Stax 43.26 Dr. 393.26 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no e-mail and no message. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.                       To whom so ever it may concern, I recently applied for ICICI credit card and received the same last week; however I am highly disappointed with the commitments and promises which ICICI sales team made over the phone when pitching for the card. I would also like to bring into the attention of ICICI management that the bank is providing horrendous services and I have a recorded conversation of the false commitments made by the sales agent which I will publish on the Internet, which I can guarantee to affect the image of ICICI bank if the bank does not stop outsourcing there sales department to fraud companies. I applied for ICICI platinum credit card on 27th April 2014 through agent Priya Singh ([protected]) however I received the Coral Titanium version on 28th July 2014, exactly 3 months after escalating to the ICICI authorities. Following are the commitments made: • Limit 2 Lakhs assured can go upto 2.5-3 lakhs (reason of such high limit is my company is listed in super prime category + salary account in ICICI bank) • Balance transfer facility with grace period of 4 months. • 1.49% p.m. and annually 13-14% Interest rate after 52 days grace period. • Rs 200 off on bookmyshow tickets • 5% cash back on payment o[censored]tility bills • 10% cash back on IRCTC • 15% discounts on several restaurants • 15% cash back on purchase of electronic items from selected outlets • Rs 199 annual fees; for 2nd year free if purchases over Rs 40, 000; 3rd year onwards free for lifetime. On the same day I received a call from Anjali – ICICI confirmation team ([protected]) confirming the same information that it’s a platinum card followed by a call on 29th April ([protected]) asking about the address where to collect documents and shipping details. What I actually received: • Rs 60, 000 limit • No balance transfer facility as ICICI bank has stopped this services many months ago. • 3.40% p.m. and annually 40% • 48 days grace period This definitely proves that it’s a mistake using ICICI credit card services and I am officially lodging a complaint against ICICI bank in consumer court. Just to remind you that I have an audio recording.

                        I do not having any credit card from ICICI bank. Also I am not having any other account, transaction or relation with ICICI bank. Though ICICI bank is sending credit card payment bill /statement. The card no reflect is 4477 xxxx xxx 8009.

                        This happens with my father, named SHASHIKANT K BHATT, A/6 SATKAR SOCIETY, KARELIBAUG, VADODARA, GUJARAT and he is senior vitizen so very very exited with this statement.

                          dear sir/madam, I karunakar konda proprietor of lakshmi ladies emporium, my merchant id - [protected], tid[protected], i have taken swipe machine in the month of may 2014, your executive came to me and registered in ur icici marchant service. he explained about the services and charges, regarding charges he told me no installation fee and no extra charges and only minimum fee would be rs.150/-, but u deducted installation charges and extra charges also u r deducting for not fulfulling the business.please am requesting to take complaint on executive his name is amruth and his mobile no is [protected].he is giving false information regarding charges, for getting business he is telling lies to business owners, these is not correct what he is doing, plz take action on him and i need ur response for this.am waiting for ur reply and action on him. thanking you, regards karunakar konda

                            Dear ICICI official,


                            I got a response from ICICI bank stating that the card is zero balanced and closed on September 30 2013 and there is no outstanding due amount.


                            My questions is:


                            1. When I have closed the ICICI credit card account in 2010, why was the card still active until 2013? This is affecting my financial status and credit score, Who is responsible for this?


                            2. Because of ICICI bank credit card section not updating my credit card account and closing it on time, I have faced issues. I had applied for personal loan with ICICI bank and it was rejected stating that credit card has outstanding due amount.


                            3. When I checked with another bank they also said the same and rejected my application. Will the ICICI bank take the responsibility of correcting my credit history in CIBIL? Are they going to approve the loan as it was they who were responsible for the rejection of the loan?


                            I need the answers for these questions

                                Rs 2180 has beed drawn from my account in name of cc pay but i have already paid the cc on 2nd aug 2014. so bank have drawn amount from my account without informing me and cash have neither gone to my credit card nor its in my account. this is a kind of fraud and shouldn't be happen . Without informing the customer cash should not be drawn from the account. and i have never chosen the option of auto debit. Please help me to have my cash back. its not about 2180 its about customer rights and such kind of big bank shouldn't do that. My phone number [protected]

                                    Dear ICICI Bank, After experiencing the worst banking services with your bank, I'd like to highlight that my account [[protected]] is debited every month by 196.63 every month for no reason. I've checked all over Internet and realise this is the only way you can declare your profitability. Even so many complaint you have received in the past and you guys have never work to resolve this from root. please refund all the money you have stolen from my account ASAP. Thanks and Regards.

                                    Not satisfied with the response from ICICI. Need to understand on what basis MAB was changed, who requested it and have they notifed to me prior to changing the MAB and charges?
