ICICI Bank is really very very fast to deduct unwanted charges from saving account. RBI has to take action on this. How can they charge without our request. What is debit card swapping during insufficient balance? We have full right to keep account zero any time. That does not mean bank can charge for if swap debit or credit card WHEN BALANCE IS LOW. Normally Online firms/companies charge debit or credit card without intimation or may be unauthorised use of card. Specially international websites. They save card data and charge any time. I suffered same issue that raised here already. ICICI Bank charge my account of Rs.28.09 by 9 times on[protected]. Total deducted amount is Rs.252.81/- My Question is to ICICI Bank, Why you are charging that unnecessary thing? It is not cheque/check. It's card It may be accidently. What wrong there? Have you made it your income source? Do you know money is hard for everyone. I would suggest you that kindly lease reverse the amount otherwise serious action will be taken on this. Guys, if your did not get your fund back then we have to take it serious and by together we have to take action in this. We will intimate RBI on this regards as well. Hope Guys! you will come to with me and will initiate a step on this matter. JAGO GRAHAK JAGO!

Hello,

I have mailed the complaint again. I have sent the request on 20th August but never get reply now till. I have forwarded again. ICICI Bank IVR system is very worst. They are saying we are No.1 bank. How this is your customer care service.? Your IVR Does not work on smart phone. We have invest too much money on smart phone but Your IVR does not work on this phone. Very strange? Many other bank IVR is working fine.

    On 18th August 2014, I went to shopprix mall Noida, to debit 1000 Rs from my SBI account ATM from ICICI bank ATM situated in Shopprix mall just next to ICICI bank. I went inside and withdrawn 1000 rs from the ATM and came outside safely after exiting my transaction details and keeping my card in safe with me. And just after 10 mins after I came out, I got another message, for another 10 k withdrawal from the same SBI account ATM from which I withdrawed 1000 Rs. I was shocked, my atm was with me, how can this happen and then when I saw my statement online, there were two transactions.:: 1. My trasanction for Rs 1000 from ATM machine number S1CPB009, that was correct. 2. Another fraud transaction for 10000 (10 k) Rs from another machine in the same place with machine number S1AN2502. the time for this incident was around 9:00 pm to 9 30 pm. I am really shocked that, when my ATM card is with me, how can the money got dispensed from some other machine with my account. Really Shocking. This was really unacceptable to me, I rushed to the ICICI bank in Shopprix mall the very next day and met the concerned person MR. Anshuman and I told him all about this. They were really not bothered about this mishappening and just gave a damn for what i explained to them. They just said that we cant do anything because the account from which the money for debited was of SBI not of ICICI. But i told them, that the ATM machine from which all this fraud happened belongs to ICICI only and I asked for the CCTV footage to go into the details. They merely denied and blamed me on the top of that for not doing the proper transaction. I then rushed to the police station and filed a FIR against this incident and the police man came with me to ICICI bank to report this incident. The same person MR Anshuman came and argued with me again for the same thing again and was not ready to give a receiving on the FIR to further investigate the issue with the CCTV footage. Then being forced with the police, he gave us the receiving and told me that he will arrange the CCTV footage, but at the same time he told me that nothing will happen even after that and I wont get my money back. Let's see how prompt the ICICI bank will reply to this fraud case. But now, to me, its not about money, its about the FRAUD that ICICI bank is doing to customers.I don't know why these banks give this type of treatment to the customers . I want this message to be taken till the Higher management and i will make sure that I will know the details of how this fraud transaction happened to me. I would really appreciate, if some one can help me regarding this forgery.

      Kindly inform about the present status of the bond. Whether it is in force or prematurely closed, as we get letters from some brokers for pre mature purchase by them.

        I went to ICICI bank brach office at sector53 noida to apply for a credit card. i was told by the represntative that the joining fees for the card will be 500 rs and now the joning fees has changed to 1000. I want to know why was i given wrong information. I am not going to pay the bill until this is resolved.

          I did not make any transaction by my credit card on any online site but suddenly i got the msg that i have make a transaction on mavshak. I have log the compliant for the same but i got the msg that this trsnsection has been done by me I am a customer of icici from last 5 years.               This is regarding the above mentioned loan account which i was very much unsatisfied by service and commitment, at the time of signing & collecting the cheques on 29th July i was committed by your ICICI executive(Ms Mausmi contact no.[protected]) over telephonic conversation EMI Rs.7031/- and the EMI starting date 05th Sep 2014 then why the EMI deducted on 16th August when it was already decided by your officer. So i am requesting your good office to reverse the EMI amount to my account and debit the same from 5th September onwards because through this personal loan i have issued payment through cheque and which will be bounce due insufficient balance in my account, pls consider and resolve the matter at the earliest it will be highly appriciable

                Atm machine complaint

                Im a customer of icici bank, last two days im having issue in withdrawl the money from the atm, because in my area there is your atm service provided.I was disappointed from your side because of your machine.Swipe problem i will entered more than 20 times its not accepted.State:tamilnadu, city:trichy, branch:karumandapam...Atm id:sacw8366, atm add:sampanthamoorthy.Please request my responce for interrupted service from prestigious bank.Thanks....

Though the amount 1147/- is deducted baring reference number 74678444192214059431644, the whole transaction is not complete and clothes are not delivered.                   This is sai i work under the same brand ICICI but now we are not in a position to work with the organisation because we are facing lot of problems with the reporting authority and also from the super boss the are forcing us to sell life Insurance daily even if the customer is not interested also we are forcefully selling the products even customers do sent get much benefits by investing in Life insurance,
                  But the main objective of selling life insurance is for bank profitability revenue because life insurance gives 14% revenue and we are selling the product saying 30-40% returns
                  in the past ten years no product gave such returns but officially we as abanker are playing with the customers amount by investing in life insurance
                  and our reporting managers and forcefully keeping huge pressure on us and making mis sell the product and saying that we have generated a lot of revenue


                  So dear team please look into this and make ICICI bank in atop role but dont make this life insurance as mandatory product for purpose of banking revenue and standards

                    Sir/Madam,
                    This is to refer that we are maintaining C/A No.[protected] w.e.f Nov. 2011 in the name of K World Estate Pvt. Ltd. with ICICI, sector-50, Noida branch. The Bank has debited Rs. 27, 601.64/- from april to june 2014 indicating as "transaction charges" without any prior intimation & at present account balance is NIL. The bank never deducted this type of charges during the period of 2.5 yrs.
                    I already submitted the application on 5.8.14 for reversal of such amount but bank denied for the same.
                    So, please credit our debited amount of Rs. 27, 601.64/- as the bank deducted such amount without any intimation.
                    I shall be very thankful to you.

                      I went to with draw money from ICICI Bank ATM and after inserting password ATM machine got hanged and none of buttons were working. Same was repeated to next adjacent machine also. After pushing clear & cancel button I moved to across the road ICICI ATM and withdrew money. At the same time I got sms that my account is debited for Rs. 20, 000 each total Rs. 40, 000. I wish to lodge my complaint to ICICI bank that this is my hard earned money and due to the fault of their ATM machine this incident happened so they are liable to pay me the theft amount.

                        This mail is regarding the cask back offer provided by ICICI during 6th June to 15th June 2014 which was not credited in my account yet.

                        I have purchased an electronic appliances worth of Rs. 28023.50 from Ezone pune The purchase was made under Ezone zero margin sale where there was a cash back of 5% on and above purchase of 20000 on electronic items by ICICI credit and debit card.

                        Its been two months but I have not received any cash back from ICICI. Spoke with many Customer Service Officer but they are not filing any complain saying they did not find any offer. But this offer is still visible in google search.

                          The chronology of complaint is 1. I received call, on office phone, from one M/S Sanjana number [protected] stating that ICICI bank credit card if offered to Essar employees and need documents. On my explanation that I cannot give salary statement she asked if I use any other credit card On giving information that I use Citi bank credit card –she requested for that statement and Pan and Passport copy 2. I sent them documents to following mail “From: Dagaonkar, Ajay - EPIL - MUM Sent: 31 July 2014 17:27 To: abhijit.[protected]@gmail.com Cc: Ajay Dagaonkar Subject: CC statements for ICICI bank credit card Statements as desired by you Regards “ 3. Next she sent one Mr Akshay Salunke 4. I met one Akshay Salunkhe t. no [protected] on 29th July and filled application form no W[protected] 5.                             Respected sir, i mr suresh chauhan hereby inform you that i taken a personal loan from icici bank & i paid all amount of that loan but still bank is not agreed for that payment so please tell me how it will be clear, so that i do not want icici call any more, my details are as follows. 1) i taken a personal loan on 17th december-2005 with account no-LIMUM[protected], My amount sanctioned was 50, 000/- & i received a cheque of Rs.47245/- with cheque no-483082 date-22 december 2005, my E.M.I was 3279/-Rs on that account no.& i paid total eight (8) installment with total 26232/- Rs.regular.& on that basis icici people given me TOP-UP OF Amount 75, 000/- . 2) ICICI people given me top-up loan of amount 75000/- on previous record with new account no-LIMUM[protected] amount given me in my hand was of R.s-27806/- received with cheque no-765526 dated-16/08/2006, E.M.I. WILL BE COURIER AT YOUR HOME ADDRESS & after the last payment receive date no one icici executive called me for any payment till june-2012 but in july 2012 month i received a inland letter which deamading 105073/-rupees against my account no, & I i contact to that last payments banker no he replied me that your account is closed so dont worry, and in the month of september i received a court summons from mazgaon mumbai court no-71 which shows that ICICI BANK filed a case against me for non payment of loan amount of the mentioned account no-LIMUM[protected] & i have to produce in the court, so i present in the court at 71 no-against case no-8944/ss/2011 & i attend all the dates & hearings for icici bank, & finally i got the judgement in my favour from respective judge mr k.d, jadhav on 26/12/2012 at 71 court, mazgaon mumbai that i have not to pay any amount to ICICI Bank.even my advocate told me that i did not have to pay any more amount to banker because in front of court judge given the order to icici people to not demand any fayment from me. but sir, in the month of october 2013, i received a inland letter demanding amount of 124245/- rupees from me against my account no, & when i contact to my advocate about this letter he told me that we are having judgement copy, so we not have to worry in this matter & when i contact to the banker at midc office andheri, they replied me that still they didnt received the judgement copy & because of this this problem creates, so i produced xerox copy of the judgement to the banker in which my case was handed. and again in the january 2014 i received another inland letter demanding 127441/- rupees, & when i called to collection agency & discuss about my court matter, they also replied me that they not having any record of case filed against me from icici bank & they still demanded the same amount from me. sir, after 3 month in april 2014 i again received inland letter of rs-130599/-, may-2014-demanding 131615/-, june-2014 demanding 132704/-, july[protected] rupees.and so on still demanding . sir icici collection agency people calling me twice in a month regular from january-2014 & demanding mentioned amount from me, & after telling him about my case & judgement details they always replied me that they not having information about my account details, & they not having details of judgement copy of my case no-8944/ss/2011 which was filed from ICICI PEOPLE only. sir, after paying 26232/-+30168/-+104160/- = 160560/-(one lakh sixty thousand five hundred sixty rupees) against one lakh top-up amount, icici people calling me that i have to pay another 135000/-amount as soon as possible otherwise they have not clear my cibil account & make me default from the cibil account for lifetime.whenever i explained him that whenever icici people called me i replied all the calls as well as i attend court case which was filled from him only, & im having all my details but icici member is not ready to except this isuue & told me that they will come at my home & i have to pay all my amount by anyway. so sir, im hereby need your help to clear this issue which was rise from ICICI BANK. SIR, I NEED URGENT HELP, because after clear so much amount to icici bank against 1lakhs top-up i paid 160560/- rupees & still bank wants 135000/-from me, which im not able to pay any more, because im not having any permanent job & my fater & mother is very old .so sir, im hereby request you to please clear this issue from the bank . waiting for your positive reply. thanks, suresh chauhan [protected] mumbai

                              Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Al war pet branch Chennai -600 018 from last two and half years and my account no. Is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charges two times debited Rs. 393.00 02/06/2014 & 30.06.2014 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.                                 This is to bring to your notice that today at 3.00 P M one Ms Sunita who did not disclose her full name called me on my Cell No [protected] from landline No: 61988351 and started shouting, stating that she is an employee of ICICI recovery cell and that I come and meet her at her ICICI Office at MIDC Andheri (E) Mumbai for settlement of my credit card dues.

                                If I do not respond, she stated that she will call all my neighbours around, by phone and tell them about me not paying the dues to the Bank. (Sic) She sounded very very very loud and abusive. Please note that being a Senior Citizen I was quite shocked at this behavior of your staff member and would like to put ON RECORD MY STRONG OBJECTIONS to this episode.

                                This is the most disgusting, insulting and unbecoming attitude displayed your staff member Ms Sunita.

                                I as an ex-banker with 25 years experience at executive level and being a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India New Delhi and an Associate Member of he Indian Institute of Banking and Finance Mumbai and also at present a Professional Director on the Board of a Bank in Mumbai, I am quite shocked and perturbed at this level of human degradation and insulting attitude and poor service offered by your staff member Ms Sunita pertaining to the recovery in the present case especially when the matter is under dispute.

                                  Fraud has been done in ICICI debit card, we just entered 16 digit card number and amount got debitted from my ATM 1730, and the amount was given only 50 RS, without asking password or the OTP code money got deducted from my account, I wanna complaint it in consumer forum, I want my money back .

                                    This is with regards to an *ICICI bank Coral credit card, Credit Card that was *mis-sold to me stating that it's a 0 annual fees credit card*, while I was an employee of Bharti AXA Life & it's a specific scheme for employees of the company. But during the 1st verification call that I received, I was told that there would an annual fees of INR. 1, 500, understanding this, I immediately asked the tele-caller cancel my card* & I would not like to go ahead with this owing to the annual fees, to which there was no response from his end. A week or 2 later I received another verification call, during which I told the executive I have asked for a cancellation & why am I still getting verification calls, to which I was told that the card has not been cancelled & I have to lo a complain for this. Things don't end over here, when I call the customer service team for cancellation, I was told the card cannot be cancelled as there's a payment due against a credit card that I have never used & asked for a cancellation during the 1st verification call itself. What kind of service it this, how can you executive mis-sell credit cards & your customer service team not agree for cancellation. Is this a way ICICI bank arm twists customers, swindling them for money? The card has not been cancelled till date, nor have I received my 1st statement, all that I received is amount due SMSes for a card that I have never used & asked for a cancellation considering that it was sold stating false details / information. Requesting you to cancel this card at the earliest & nullify the statement sent across owing to the mis-sell.
