ICICI Bank — Failed Mobile Recharge, Money Deducted

I made a recharge of 98 Rupees on 17th may, money has been deducted and recharge for my Vi number has not been made. It shows no additional data. As I used imobile app for transaction, please look into this problem as soon and initiate a refund for the same.
