[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Failed online transaction yet the amount has been debited

I tried making a payment using ICICI debit card online (Spotify) however the transaction failed. I tried multiple times but it failed each time. Later on I got the message that money had been debited from my account each time and customer care hasn't been very helpful. I want a refund of that amount.
Please help resolve it asap
