[Resolved] ICICI Bank — failed transaction, amount not credited even after 11 months | |||
I made a transaction of 1000 on 25/09/2016 and it failed. But amount is deducted. Transaction details - mps/shell adars/[protected]/0 I have been given a temporary credit 1000 which has been reverted on 06/01/2017 saying "merchant has declined the transaction". Transaction details - mps_instacr_dt25.9.16_txn8741 But merchant as well as icici ims has confirmed that the amount has not been credited to merchant's a/c and given me proofs for the same. Now it's been 11 months i'm escalating the issue along with proofs and icici is doing nothing. I have been an icici customer since 2010, it's completely unfair the way they are treating me.
