ICICI Bank — fake and fraud bank

I m lodge stop payment request in imobile so i do not know cheque no because i cut 2 cheque so i call next so executive says this cheque is not cleared ur anount is reserved and credited till evening. So icici bank not help me and my 12950 is debited in my account but icici bank says i m checked bit i m help you so help me in this consult either i compalint also a greviebce department and consumer forum also
