[Resolved] ICICI Bank — False Gold Loan from ICICI

A false gold loan (A/C No.[protected] was put on my CIBIL Report from ICICI Bank using my personal information i.e., address, PAN Card, and Mobile Number. Its already have been more than 2 years since I have made this complaint to ICICI Bank but I have not got any positive update and the loan is still being reflected on my CIBIL report. The only response I get from ICICI Bank is that the team is working on it. I also contacted CIBIL about this issue as they have tagged all the loans of that person whose Gold loan is to my report and CIBIL gave me a response that the personal details of the loans are matching my details. Horrible support from Lakshmi durga Devarakonda (Customer Service Manager) as she is just giving me task to take it with CIBIL or NSDL or any other authority. I have got this checked from ICICI Bank that the details used to open the gold loan that is my photo, address, PAN Card, signature is used which I provided ICICI Bank for my Savings Account. Instead of apologising and getting this rectified your staff is just taking a lot of time and then just giving me tasks to take up with another authority even though there is no need of that. It would be really helpful if you contact the customer or the Deputy Branch Manager of the branch from where the loan was disbursed as they know about this case and they can provide you with the correct details of the customer like PAN Card or address or any other details you want to get this updated.
