I got a call from icici bank requesting me to open a Demat account. They told its being offered free of cost. An amout of 299 + gst will be deducted, but it will be reversed back. Firstly, I never got that refund of the fees for icici direct plan so I went ahead and canceled that plan so that it doesn't get deducted next year. While going through my account statement, I realized I had got an amount deducted for DMC charges and I was not informed about it. Number of the sales agent: +[protected]

    I have two loans and both loans are paid on the 5th of the month and the payment process also got completed on the same day. But I received 590 ECSRTNCHGS debit on my account on 09/09/2022. Help me to understand why this debit and accordingly return the amount

        On the 9th of September, my ICICI account was debited with Rs. 590 without my permission or notice. The transaction remarks say "ECSRTNCHGS050922_SR[protected]". Please tell for what the debit was for and refund the money at the earliest.

          I am the a/c holder in icici bank from last 6-7 years.

          They have charged 588.81 rupees for DCardfee8484AUG22-JUL23+GST.

          They never informed me regarding this type of charges via mail or letter or call.
          This is against the law, at least they should inform us. I want my money to be credited in my account.

            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account from last 4 months and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. It is being deducted from my account last 4 month today also it got deducted. i have called so many times to icici customer care but did't get any satisfied reply Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

              My Amazon Pay Later EMI Supposed to Debit on 5th Sept from ICICI Bank.
              I paid it on 4th Sept 2022 manually. But i can see that INR 590 has been debited with the transaction code as ECSRTNCHGS050922_SR[protected] on 9th Sept 2022.

                I am account holder ICICI Bank Gandhidham pin code 370201 Kutch Gujarat, My account no.[protected]. in this regards i would like to inform you that account opened zero balance account against FD at the same bank but they charged unnecessary charges rs. 4495.88 from my account on 03.12.2021, since Dec 2021 i tried to get refund from icici and they assured due to mistake charges debited they same asking for their mumbai office for charges reversal but till date they didn't get refund my amount, they told ask from manager again put request for the same. I tried again but they don't help us.

                Please co-operate and get action for the same.

                  A few months back I applied for a credit card via amazon linked with ICICI bank, I have been with all legal documentation part & it was completed from my side. While processing the documentation part there was some technical error & it was not processed further & I did not any confirmation regarding the same, I thought to let it be & give up on that. After a few days, I got a call from ICICI bank saying can you confirm the delivery address for the credit card, Do you need it to your office address or your home address?

                  I have confirmed saying please deliver the card to my HOME address only as I am working from my home this day & my office address is Noida where I will not be able to collect it.

                  There was an executive from the bank who visited my home address as I was not available at the location my aunt called me & passed the call to the respective person, He said I am from ICICI bank & am here to verify your home address.

                  In the evening I got another call from the bank saying was there any executive to verify your address today. I replied saying that yes there was one executive who have verified the address in the noon & she asked me, Did they you for tea or water? (kya uhone chai pani manage that ? ) I replied I was not there at my home at that time so I am unable to answer you, I have to confirm that. She said Thank you & disconnected the call.

                  Then I got a message that your application is denied.

                  So, here is my concern you should have asked me for the relevant document or scheduled a time so that I might have helped the team with the process.
                  I would like to know an explanation for the rejection as it will be reflected on my CIBIl profile where it has no relevancy for the same. I request to revoke the rejection or help me with a resolution.

                    I received a message from the bank saying that they debited a total sum of Rs. 199 from my bank account from MSI.AMAZON. i am neither a prime subscriber nor have I made any auto-renewable transactions before this, besides my Spotify account. I would like to know where this money has been debited to and would like a total refund.

                    THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM! PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THEM!

                    I was contacted by the so called "Team Support", a man going by the number +91 95593 59272 and he made me do a Cardless Cash Withdrawal from my imobile app saying that it was a voucher code and even made me give an OTP. Please do not make the same mistake as I did and give anybody your OTP, even if they claim to be from the ICICI bank. They withdrew Rs. 4500 and told me it was a bank server error and that I would get my money credited back in an hour, but it truly is all a scam. I will be reporting this to the bank officials at the earliest and I shall make sure whoever did this pays the price.

                      This afternoon when I saw my balance and then account statement then I saw that this morning rs119 has been deducted from my account without informing me and telling me the reason and I don't even get a sms or mail of it...
                      The statement has written something like ECSRTNCHG...
                      I don't even know what does this mean or why my money was deducted today is a small ammount but if I let this happen then tomorrow they will go for a bigger amount.

                      So help please...

                        What is ECS?
                        Today by morning my money has been deducted of ₹571 there was no sms, mail etc for deduction they unwantedly taken out my money without my permission.
                        So now I m feeling insecure to keep money in this bank .
                        Scam is going on .
                        Solve n return my money as soon as possible.
                        Otherwise I will take strict action

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am a regular payer of emi on time. Last month even though i had paid my outstanding credit card charges on time before 23rd of the month (Due date). The ICICI Bank Credit card team have added penalty of INR 750 + Taxes in my statement.

                          I have been trying hard to call the customer care but its been of no use. Kindly request you to help me get waiver on faulty penalty charges which are added by ICICI Bank

                            Myself an icici bank customer. Today on[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 451 rupees. The bank debited money without my knowledge and without any confirmation email, sms or any phone call. Please provide an explanation of what charge it is and do the refund of debited amount .Its not safe to keep money in the account as the bank auto-debit money without informing the customer .

                              Every day many calls with many different different numbers, i am tired of blocking they have like 1000 different numbers . all these calls are either robotics calls as machine talks or blank calls.

                              This is bottleneck of my patience now, either i will file a legal complaint or i will start abusing ICICI executives. I have requested multiple time to remove my numbers and registered for DND registry too but no solution so far.

                              one thing for sure, i will never be going to have any service from ICICI bank after these continues harassments

                                      I have initiated PF bank KYC through UAN portal on 4th Sep, 2022. Per PF department, all PF bank KYC now goes to bank for the approval.

                                      This is still showing status on UAN portal as "Verification under process".

                                      When I approached ICICI bank Malav Parisar branch Indore, they told me that they don't have any authority to approve PF KYC. I also raised complaint to ICICI bank customer care but they also responded that they don't have any authority to approve PF KYC.

                                      Per instructions on UAN portal/PF portal, all bank related KYC will go to bank to approve.

                                      I need to withdraw PF amount on very urgently. Without this KYC, I am not able to withdraw any amount.

                                        I transfer the amount of rs 14400 to icici sb account, for payment of icici credit card

                                        When I am trying to pay the cc bill using I mobile app of icici it was decline due to insufficient balance. But the amount is showing in sb account but i am unable pay due to this disturbance.

                                        Without intimation they holding my amount..
                                        I don't have any debts relating to this sb account.
