I have purchased a used car where the previous owner had icici fasttag. At present the current status of the fasttag is blacklisted. I do not know the reason, nor the previous owner. When I reach the customer care they are asking me to call from the registered mobile number. The previous owner does not even using the registered mobile number now. I have transferred the RC 6 months ago but still paying twice the charge in toll just because no proper support from bank. Cannot open new account without removing this blacklisted account.
