[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fastag issue | |||
Hi, i bought icici bank fastag online on 20 december 2019. I got message saying my icici fastag account is activated and after that i got message that fastag returned due to incomplete or short address then i confirmed address twice but still that is in process. My icici fastag account is 22396477. Whenever i called to customer care they given me 72 hours from the first complaint. First complaint on 2 january 2020 (Cmp[protected]) Second complaint on 6 january 2020 (Cmp[protected]) Third complaint on 18 january 2020 (Comp[protected]) Fourth complaint on 23 january 2020 and customer care executive asked for another 72 hours. And they have no answer about the reason of this delay process. Can you please help as the deadline is approaching and not sure on what to do. Was this information helpful? | |||
