ICICI Bank — Fastag local pass payment deducted but pass not issued

Hi, I have tried doing the monthly local pass renewal on 1st March 2021, two times payment got deducted but the local pass issuance failed it showed. The local pass recharge then was done on 2nd March using the different payment method. Can you please help me in getting the refund?
