I had purchased the fasttag for my vehicle PB02-BG-8658 last month and got the message on 29th Nov that it has got activated.
On 3rd Dec I had again received a message that the tag would get delivered in 5 working days. No other info is available and I cant even trace it from somewhere. Also the helpline no is in waiting only and not getting connecting to Customer care executive
