ICICI Bank — fastag - not received

I've applied for fastag on icici fastag portal on november-18, 2019.
In the portal i could see that tag account no.21943000 is activated with the customer id is 11503685
But have not received fastag yet in my communication address. Also we are unable to reach customer care over phone line
I have even lodge complaint on icicic= fastag portal but no response from them. Please look into this on priority

I have applied for fastag from ICICI bank through online mode in October and yet on 13.12.2019 I have not received the tag. There is no help from customer care even after repeated complaints / query lodged.
