ICICI Bank — fastag not received

Address:sec 21, nerul, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400706

I had applied for fast tag and made payments on 2nd December 2019. i have not yet receieved the same. The customer care no[protected] is not responding inspite of repeated atttmpts. the last date of fast tag is December 15th and it will be very difficult to drive withou the same.

Request you to please expedite.
