[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fastag recharge not processed

I have recharged icici bank fasttag from my icici bank credit card on[protected] for rs.500/- but even after waiting 24 hours i did not received recharge amount into my fasttag. So i raised complaint for the same to icici fasttag cutomer care but even after 16 days i did not received any response from icici fasttag. So u contacted credit card department of icici bank. They told me that payment has been processed from their side so i have to contact fast tag department. Now my concern is that, credit card department says they processed payment and fast tag department is not responding to me, so what i need to do? I feel cheated. My complaint number with icici fasttag department is cmp[protected] and complaint number with credit card department is sr[protected]. Please do the needful. Dont force me to go to the consumer court.

From my bank account amount of 412 & 218 debited without any information. The transaction name is NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~PRUMF.please kindly resolve the issue.I didn't get any SMS or mail regarding this transaction.I have Prudential Mutaual fund but how they charge against it.what type of charge it is?
