ICICI Bank executive called me regarding credit card which I'd applied for coral card
Instead she said platinum card is approved and I need follow few steps and she made me apply for FD Credit card with 10000 as deposit. Initially I thought the amount would be credit limit but then after all the procedure the amount got debited from my salary account and deposited to FD account. I visited the nearest branch for cancellation of my credit card and release my lein amount but all the response I got was to call customer care which is voice assistance and would not connect to any executive to raise a concer
