[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Fd not closed or renewed on maturity (The fed was auto renewal mode)

I have few fd's account with icici bank, two of them matured in feb 2017 those fd not renewed or closed automatically which i created y online banking

If there is any problem for renewal/closing the bank shall send a alert by email or sms they did not done it

After i raise service request for renewal of fd's on 20th of april, i got email message from the bank saying your fd over due

The bank trying to cheat me, if i am not inquire about my fd's i will loose my money

Regarding this two back i have made a complaint nothing has done till date
