ICICI Bank — FDs closure by Customer Care Agents without my permission | |||||
On 1st Feb, 17 ICICI Bank Customer Care agent closed the FDs associated with my account no ending with 5168 without my permission. Moreover New FDs created and closed, once again without my permission. How ICICI Bank play with my account no?? It's very serious matter. I approached Nodal Officer and even to Ms Kochaar but no resolution so far even after 2 months. I suggest other Account Holders having such Pathetic experience with ICICI Bank - Relationship Manager, Branch Manager at Bangalore and Customer Care, we should close our account with ICICI Bank...
