ICICI Bank — For reversal of deducted for not maintaining MAB

I have been a regular customer of ICICI Bank. My account was created as a salary account by a company that I worked as an intern with. I was never informed about any maintaining of MAB and any charges as well. For every transaction I receive an instant notification but not for the charges deducted. The approximate amount that has been deducted is above INR 5000. I contacted customer service for the reversal of the charges and they just turned a blind eye to the same. CSA was very rude and didn't respond to my problem correctly just kept repeating that reversal is not possible again and again. The CSA provided a darn email that doesn't work as well . [protected]@icicibank.com . I need my money back since I am in desperate need of funds right now. Please help me out with a refund for the same.
