ICICI Bank — Forex card not working in Sweden

I have purchased ICICI forex card for my international travel by paying all the processing fee and taxes. Unfortunately after landing in Sweden it's not working. I tried to call customer care by doing international recharge but after waiting for 45 mins nobody is picking call.I am staying in another country from last 1.5 week without money.I have raised the complaint by sending the mail but they are replying with general instructions which I have already done while getting card. Please search in your tickets (Re: 000X9aH6UA8X5R47:Level1Complaint / Savings Account). I hope you will understand my pain staying in another county without money Was this information helpful?
