Dear Team,
I made a bill payment of a ICICI Bank redit Card of Rs. 2361 on 30th April 2022. But it is not credited in the credit card account by ICICI Bank. The payment is made by using Amazon Pay via UPI Mode and amount was debited from HDFC Bank Savings Account.
I already spoke with Amazon and HDFC Bank Executives regarding the same and they confirmed that nothing is pending from them.
After connecting with ICICI Bank Customer Care for 5 times, their executive suggested to raise the concern via email.
So I’ve mailed the same to ICICI Bank Customer Support via email on 6th May 2022 but I did not get any resolution from the ICICI Bank.
I've attached the payment receipt for your reference.
Kindly assist me with the concern and help me to credit the payment in ICICI Bank Credit Card Account at the earliest.
