I am an icici bank customer. Today 8-5-2022 ecsrtnchg charged 199rs and yesterday 5.1 day before yesterday 61.15 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.     Dear Team,

    I made a bill payment of a ICICI Bank redit Card of Rs. 2361 on 30th April 2022. But it is not credited in the credit card account by ICICI Bank. The payment is made by using Amazon Pay via UPI Mode and amount was debited from HDFC Bank Savings Account.

    I already spoke with Amazon and HDFC Bank Executives regarding the same and they confirmed that nothing is pending from them.

    After connecting with ICICI Bank Customer Care for 5 times, their executive suggested to raise the concern via email.

    So I’ve mailed the same to ICICI Bank Customer Support via email on 6th May 2022 but I did not get any resolution from the ICICI Bank.

    I've attached the payment receipt for your reference.

    Kindly assist me with the concern and help me to credit the payment in ICICI Bank Credit Card Account at the earliest.

      ICICI a/c freeze without any notice.
      i'm using regularly this account.
      ICICI deliverables is showing that i have received notice on 30 April, but no delivery happen.
      And subject is showing that A/c closed/induce by other bank.
      How can other bank close my running account.

        I have been charged for 826 rs as DMC DP CGHS till march 2022. As i dont have nay dmat account with icici bank. And how they have deducted my money from my account without any intimation.
        I want clearity and refund my money back.

            I have not been informed about any ecs connected to my ICICI bank.
            Also, everytime I have enough fund in my account nothing gets deducted and when funds become low, back to back 3 4 ecsrtn charges are taken by icici.

            Shall I move to consumer forum as approximately 50, 000 is dedicated as of now from my account.

              I booked the ticket in 29th April through YATRA.COM AND made payment through ICICI BANK. Ticket not booked and also Yatra send me the refund details but till today I have not received the refund. ICICI BANK not taking any complaints. Kindly help

                Rs 1, 00, 000 has been debited from my saving account when i have not done any transaction or opened any deposit. It says transacted to dr tran for funding account. This is highly unacceptable to deduct amount from account. If the amount is deducted to open an deposit then why even that is not reflecting in the account.

                  I have called customer care no regarding with my credit card which I am not getting any update related to its outstanding amount. then the customer care person cleared that you have to pay an amount of 8522 to close outstanding,
                  1.why I am not getting any intimation about the delay in credit card payment
                  and the outstanding.

                  2.why it is getting 20-30 minutes to connect...

                  Recently there's has been auto debits happening from ICICI Bank account and when I visited ICICI Bank to complain about this they were not able to justify the correct reason. It's not safe to keep funds in ICICI Bank account. I'm also going to make this viral over social media.

                    There are no Debit card charges for ICICI bank. I don't understand on what ground my account[protected] debited with Rs. 582.82. This is loot.

                    My statement showing "DCardfee7677NOV21-OCT22+GST" this particular for deducted amount.

                    Please explain on what basis this amount was debited and refund the amount.

                              Hi Team,
                              There are recurring transactions of value 13593 that executes every 5st day of month for EMI of loan taken from HDFC bank . Even though there is enough balance(Rs. 16000) in my account as of 6th May, 2022 my transactions were rejected and charged back 590 rupees for each ECS Bounce charges

                                For opening Salary account, ICICI Bank is forcing customer to open Demat account or Credit card is must along with Salry savings account.

                                This is against the rule defined by RBI.

                                  Hi, my Amazon pay ICICI reward points not credited to Amazon pay balance even after three working days and when I called customer to ask regarding delay they answered it will be credited in two working days initially and now they are saying three working days. Don't no whether this be resolved or not.

                                    Late fee for my pay later account is not reversing even after sending emails multiple times. Every bank is providing the reversal as one time sevice gesture. ICICI bank is not having mercy to customers. Never use this bank services. This is more than a blade company. for the bill amount 5300 charging heavy late fee charges. Really very much disgusting after seeing the reply from their consumer head. None of the bank will reply like this. This bank has no value in customer relationship. Going to cancel all service from them including fd. NBFC is better than this bank nowadays. paylater account number[protected]
