This is in regards with fraud transaction from my icici credit card 4375 **** **** 7004 of Rs 6199 on 10 may 2021 .
By complaining about it i got the temporary refund back.
But after 3 months bank started
to send me payment reminder to pay amount for the transaction which i havent done.
I have reported to cyber crime as well I am no way paying for it.
Without OTP amount has been deducted from my card I complaint my case to microsoft on 30th aug 2021 with case id Case [protected] to which they agreed that it is a fraud and will process the refund if your bank will file a dispute again.
Now bank has applied dispute once but microsoft declined it that time because they didnt know i didnt made that transaction.
On my complaint they checked my account and agreed it was fraud so bank has to file a dispute AGAIN.

But bank is showing me previous reply of microsoft before 30th aug that merchant declined my complain .
No one is trying to understand that i have not done the transaction bank has to file dispute again.
Now microsoft says refund period has passed so they can not process refund but they agree it was scam and bank says visa refund policy is of 60 days so they cant do anything.
My question is when i declined the transaction on IVR machine why did they allow to pass through And i never got otp for this.
Why should i pay for this now amount is above 20000 with all late fees and all.
If bank would have guide me in beginning to call microsoft office or shared the name of merchant i would have got refund by now.

They did not share the name of merchant untill 60 days.
How would i know where and who has used my card. My card was used my microsoft account was used and subscription is still active on my account.
Microsoft didnt cancel it as it is against their cancellation policy.
Ps : i don't even have laptop to use MS office.

    Cashback not received even after 90 days

    I purchased a Macbook Pro on 07-Jan-2022 using my ICICI Debit card on which 10, 000 cashback offer was available in 90 days.

    I have not received any cashback in my ICICI bank account. Request you to please take a look in this matter.

    I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for nearly 2 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is frequent debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-22'&' IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-22'---- INR 149.39 & 676.61'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

              Am an icici bank customer. Yesterday[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 6332.68 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                 Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked to same bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~ without any intimation.

                      I have never ever activated or login to my Demat Account. Than too my account has been debited with INR 826 Rupees on 28-04-22 as DMC DP CHGS. I have not received any deduction message on my registered mobile number. How can the amount can be deducted with out any deduction message. It is fraud. And that too when I have never activated the Demat account. I need my money back immediately.

                                Unauthorized amount deducted under NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSI

                                Every time some amount getting deducted from my account. Below are the transaction details:

                                07/04/2022-NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~29OCT21~2438af3~[protected] Rs 0.02
                                04/04/2022 -CMS/[protected]/ADTPSLSIPG__[protected] - Rs 1000
                                02/05/2022 - NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~10JAN22~4a09dc7 - Rs 521.71

                                I want get this cancelled & return my money back to my account.

                                Please help in this regard....

                                My Self Mohamed Javed, On 19 Apr 2022, I got selected for pre-approved Credit card from ICICI Bank with Credit limit of Rs.3L and No joining fees & No annual fees criteria.

                                I accepted the credit card offer from icici bank. Then I Applied a Coral (VISA) Credit Card with the above mentioned criteria. And I Double Checked with the ICICI Bank Credit Card Customer Care. And they confirmed the above criteria. Then I procced further for Online KYC with ICICI Bank. After few days later I got text message from ICICI Bank. Which is "Congratulations! Welcome to ICICI Bank Credit Card. Your Application has been Approved and your new card will be delivered in 7 Working days".

                                Few days Later, I received User ID(Net Banking) login details from ICICI Bank. Then I registered Online Banking. In Net Banking I saw my Coral Credit Card Details with the Credit limit of Rs.20000 mentioned in it. Initially I thought "this credit limit might be change after I receive the physical card".

                                2days later on 26 Apr 2022, I got my speed courier. I have received ICICI Bank 'Platinum Credit Card' with limit of Rs.20000 and My Name is in card was in incorrect. Then I again check with my credit card details in ICICI net banking. It Shows the Coral Credit Card with same Card No and CVV No. And aslo same credit limit Rs.20000.

                                Then I try to report this issue to ICICI credit card customer care. They are not responding properly. And they are simply saying "Sir, Use this Card for 6month then you request to upgrade to the Coral Card with limit of Rs.3L."
                                Then they Hang out my Call and then are started Ignoring my calls.

                                Next day I went to the nearest ICICI Bank. Then I explained everything to them. They simply said "Sir, We can't do anything about it. You need to make a call to the ICICI Credit card customer care. They only can help you regarding this issue. sir."

                                Then I tried to connect with ICICI Credit card 24/7 support from ICICI IMobile App. Then again I explain this situation to the customer care. They Simply replied "Sir, Sorry for that inconvenient. in our system your card is showing as New Platinum Credit card with credit limit Rs.20000 with the same Card name correction".

                                Shockingly, And they also said this "Sir, This is the kind of trick which is used by the credit card applying Section to make customers to buy an credit card from ICICI Bank. Regarding your credit card. Sir use this card for at least 6month. Then only you can rise the request to change the card and Credit limit.".

                                Now I'm not getting any response from anyone regarding my credit card replacement from ICICI Bank. Kindly Help me on my Situation.

                                Hello there,

                                I need a clarification against my Credit card. When I applied for credit card from ICICI bank. They clearly mentioned the terms. This card has 'No joining fees' and 'Annual fees'. With the credit limit of 3L.

                                Now, recently I have received my credit card statement. In that statement it has included Rs.500+GST(Rs.90) total Rs.590 as a joining fee.

                                What is happening here...? I have already made a complaint against my Credit card limit. Still there is no reply from anyone. I haven't receive my credit limit as 3L, Not yet. Now I'm getting joining fee for no joining fee credit card.

                                What is really happening. ! Is that ICICI Bank doing this kind of scam for everyone.
                                Getting People into Trap. Making fraudulent money from innocent people.

                                I need a Clarification from your side. I Need a Solution for this problem.

                                  I applied for Amazon Pay ICICI credit card. They did the video KYC and rejected it. Didn't bother to explain why.

                                  After 6 months, they said I'm eligible again. So i went to apply but the previous form was still sicking there.

                                  I contacted customer support and they asked me to confirm that i want to cancel the application. It's a joke to ask permission to cancel a rejected application. Anyways, I said yes. Then they said it'll take 7 days. I said ok. After a month, the application is still there. So i contacted them again, and they stated all over again and asked me permission to cancel. I said yes.

                                  Since then, from 3 months, they are repeating this process. They reply after 1 week with the same exact permission messages.

                                  They don't even know what is going on they just have one saved message and they send it everytime someone contacts them. I'm tired, and i have raised a complaint with consumer forum

                                    Deduction of 1899/- for wpp sr[protected] renewal

                                    Three days ago my account showed a deduction of 1899/- for PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. as this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap. I will put this matter in consumer forum....
