My account got Debit Freezed there were some loan apps on google store from whom I took a loan but all of them were 7 days loan app I paid their amount and took another loan but the loan was for 7 days and these guys started calling me on the 6th day to make a payment they also hacked my phone and contacted my complete contact list on...

My account has been deducted a total of ₹880 with reference ECSRTNCHG. I dont know why have deducted this....

Unnecessary charges cut from ma account

There is two times deduction for this nach_ad rtn chrg bajajfin one is of rs 224.24 and other is of rs 285.01.
Please reword back my money in my account....

Wrong Auto Debit Failed Charges

Applicant Name - Vivek Kumar Singh

I have paid my credit card bill of card number ending 8011 on 12th April 2022. Despite payment of bill Auto Debit Attempt was made. Auto debit failed which is now reflecting Rs. 550 charges unnecessarily on credit card.

Please revoke auto debit failed charges on my credit card ASAP....

MAB charges on my savings account

I have ICICI bank savings account from last 7+ years. I have never seen MAB charges. Recently on 12th April 2022 Rs.553.78 was deducted from my account without any intimation. If it is for maintaining minimum balance atleast the bank should have intimated earlier before deducting.

Unauthorized debited money

I was going through my account and I have found an unexpected transaction of rs 590, 589.99, and 563.09 I have no idea on which reason I got debited.
Kindly check on this issues and refund my amount ASAP. I have an upcoming EMI to pay....

Unwanted debit

Am an icici bank customer. Today and yesterday (12/04/2022 and 11/04/2022) ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com....

OTP incorrect - error during Online Purchase using Credit Card

I was trying to buy a product from AMAZON using AMAZON PAY Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank.

During checkout process I am getting OTP incorrect for every transaction though I entered OTP correctly.

I visited the ICICI Bank website and could not locate any relevant link to solve the above issue.

I also tried their IVRS system. But could not find a solution....

ICICI has charged me 450/- stating as ECSRTNCHG charges which i am not even aware of without my consent or any notification.

These act of auto debit from bank needs to be looked into .

Cashback against No Cost EMI on Croma store

I have purchased a phone in chroma 6 months back which is having a cashback offer for ICICI bank debit card worth Rs 6000 + Merchant cashback of Rs 1703 which will be credited in 60 days after sale. The invoice shows all the details.

It is more than 90 days but the cashback is not credited. called ICICI customer care they told chroma will take care and called chroma and no response.

Please help!

When we withdraw some amount, i am getting a message stating that Dear Customer, transaction of INR 100.00 on ICICI Bank Credit Card XX2003 is withheld due to security reasons. Please call our Customer Care....

ICICI Multi wallet prepaid card - Expired

Hi, I am Subha, a TCS employee. My ICICI multi wallet card got expired, I tried reaching out to the customer care, no luck and also I have dropped a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com and haven't got any response. I have some money in that card and I don't want that to go waste so kindly provide me with an replacement card or else kindly refund the money that I have in the ICICI meal card wallet. Need help....

Cashback not received 2000

I bought a Samsung mobile directly from the Samsung official website. During this purchase I was eligible for Rs.2000 cashback. As per your terms and conditions with Samsung the cashback will be credited instantly. I have used my credit card to purchase but so far cashback not received. Kindly deposit the cashback as promised. For further details please let me know.

New account got blocked/Freezed

Hi,

I opened a new account and within 2-3 days of opening the account, they blocked/froze my bank account.

This is such an irritating behavior from them.

Now I am unable to log in to net banking/imobile. Unable to withdraw the funds...

ICICI Bank debited surcharge MCC 5541 in Debit Card

Dear ICICI team,
My ICICI saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (MCC 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and I have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from ATM and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions....

Initial Funding not yet reflected in my bank account even after 10 days of opening

I have made an Initial payment of Rs. 25000 while opening bank account online on 1st April 2022, but the amount is not yet reflected into my account.
Tried calling ICICI customer care, but they havent been of any use.
Tried emailing Eazypay, but there is no update received on this.
This amount is huge, and i dont know who can help on this....

How can u deduct dp charges? How can you open demat account without informing the customer?

I had no idea of demat account and how to use them, how you guys open and active the the account and deducted the charges form saving account without any intention of account holder? And now you are charging 808rs. on 11.04.2022...

Nach_ad_rtn_chrg - 428201500447

Within 3 months about 2000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

Non Generation Of Insta Saving Account

I have open a insta saving account digitally by making payment through upi vide ref no [protected] for Rs 11200/- which is required for new account opening. But i didnt receive any account no yet and my money has been blocked...
