      My ICICI bank account was charged with Rs.590/- on 6th May with prior notice and without my knowledge and authorization. Because of this my cheque bounced and i am having to pay penalty. Either Refund this fund or pay my penalties. This is cheating

        Am an icici bank customer. 5-5-2022
        ecsrtnchg charged 497 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call.           Hi Team,
          There are recurring transactions of value 13593 that executes every 5st day of month for EMI of loan taken from HDFC bank . Even though there is enough balance(Rs. 16000) in my account as of 6th May, 2022 my transactions were rejected and charged back 590 rupees for each ECS Bounce charges

            For opening Salary account, ICICI Bank is forcing customer to open Demat account or Credit card is must along with Salry savings account.

            This is against the rule defined by RBI.

              Amazon pay ICICI reward points not credited even after three working days

              Hi, my Amazon pay ICICI reward points not credited to Amazon pay balance even after three working days and when I called customer to ask regarding delay they answered it will be credited in two working days initially and now they are saying three working days. Don't no whether this be resolved or not....

              Late fee for my pay later account is not reversing even after sending emails multiple times. Every bank is providing the reversal as one time sevice gesture. ICICI bank is not having mercy to customers. Never use this bank services. This is more than a blade company. for the bill amount 5300 charging heavy late fee charges. Really very much disgusting after seeing the reply from their consumer head. None of the bank will reply like this. This bank has no value in customer relationship. Going to cancel all service from them including fd. NBFC is better than this bank nowadays. paylater account number[protected]

                    Opening mine account

                    I opened my saving account on 29 of april 2022.i paid depository amount like 15 thousand ruppy . but didn't get any account number and any stuff . and unable access status as well as I'm unable to connect customer care series case of i didn't received account number and when I try to click track my status there shows unable find details with number .

                      They charged me approx 2230Rs for auto debit fees returns. Instant of this i already pay minimum amount before date. Still they charged me. And when I m going with all proof to customer they are not return this charges. I'll never recommend this Bank service to any valuable customers.

                              ICICI Bank NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf | Auto deduction from my ICICI Bank SB Account

                              On 02-May-2022 I am observing there are multiple times auto deduction of certain amount under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? Although I have a running personal loan from Bajaj Finserv which is supposed to be completed by Jun-2022.. On every month's 2nd day an amount of 1742/- used to deduct by Bajaj & as usual they have deducted the amount on 2nd ..Then why other charges has been debited...

                              Hi Sir,

                              I am a ICICI Bank customer. I got charged for unauthorized and Unnecessarily (ECSRTNCHG) without my knowledge and without any confirmation Email, SMS or any Phone call. The total amount charged INR.3705. The bank hit charges multiple times like (529.15+590+590+590+590+590+225.85=3, 705).This is ridiculous. I am requesting my refund back to my card. Otherwise I would like to deactivate my account from this bank, this is not fair.
                              Atleast they would have told me about the charges i want my money back in my account

                                My ICICI bank account has a debit in the name of MCC surcharge 4112. It was for IRCTC e-ticket booking done on[protected].
                                But as per IRCTC no extra surcharge should be debited.
