[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fraud access in my icici savings account | |||
Hi, I hold an ICICI bank savings account in Bangalore.On 26th and 30th of Sept 2014, there has been 4 fraud transactions. The total money got debited from my account is INR 12300. Immediately after the incident I have informed this to ICICI bank customer care and also filed an FIR . But ICICI bank is not taking any liabilities for the money which I have lost and also not going ahead with any sort of investigations. If this is the case then what is the guarantee that next time the same thing will not happen again ? Was this information helpful? | |||
