ICICI Bank — Fraud activity happened in my account

Today someone did fraud with my ICICI bank account and debited 35, 000/- through your gateway for which below is the detailed of the account. I have also raised the complaint with Cyber crime and ICICI bank.
Name given by Fraud person :- Ashish
Mobile Number:- +91 [protected]
VIN/PayU Gurgao/[protected]/[protected]/

Kindly, help me to get my money back from such fraudsters.
