ICICI Bank — Fraud amount deducted from ICICI Saving with remark "ADTPSLSIPG"

Hi,

I have reached out to ICICI customer care multiple times today trying to dispute transaction that occured in my saving account with remarks as "Auto-debit" for ADTPSLSIPG on 26th July.

This transaction was not approved by me thro netbanking or phone. Neither have I setup any EMI or autodebit from this account. ICICI bank is not helping to raise this as dispute even though the customer (since 2006) has been calling and talking to multiple departments to dispute the transaction.

Please help!!!
