Credit card bill generated on - 18 July 2021

Sequence of events:
I was trying to make online payment around a moth back using my icici credit card, suddenly I started receiving multiple messages regarding same transaction and also Icici representative started calling me multiple time in night around 10.30 pm, he told me that it could be a suspected fraud. So in panicked situation I reduced my credit card limit to 2000 to limit losses. And after that I blocked my card.
Since the card was blocked I was not able to see it in internet banking app anymore
Then yesterday I received statement with Rs 500 overlimit fees
As per my understanding, setting up custom limit from my end is for my way to limit expenses. I am still not exceeding bank's credit limit, so why overlimit fees was charged.
Tried calling customer care but they did not help, also they refused to take my complaint against this policy

    I tried to enable a standing instruction on my ICICI Fastag so that is the tag balance goes below 1000, it will take 1000 from my ICICI bank account. But apparently there were a defect in the system by which it kept on adding 1000 each every time. Rs. 1, 00, 000 was taken from my ICICI account and added to the tag balance. This happened on 6th of July 2021 and till now the customer care executives are not able to help me out to get my money back. I am attaching the file that shows how every time 1000 was taken from my account and also the number of inquiries that I made to the ICICI Fastag customer customer care (I had called them up at least 15-20 times). Every time they say they will call me back, but nothing happened. Now my 1, 00, 000 is locked there and I need this badly

      I have scheduled pay my emi to HDFC merchant on every month 7th, start from March/2021 but the auto-debit never happened. After waiting for long, i transferred the emi amount manually through UPI has given by HDFC bank merchant UPI number. from May/2021 to till date icici has been deducting 599 for a week, for today they got deducted sum of 4200, without any notification from icici Bank. I checked with my merchant(HDFC) on this and they have received the required emi amount. But when I raised complaint to icici ccr they never gave me proper response or solution.

        I Have ICICI Money Multiplier Bond of 1998 on my name Anand Goenka. In the year 2002, my parents updated the address in bond from ICICI Infotech, but after that, I am unable to get details of my Bond and now I need to update KYC, but don't know where to consult regarding this, plz help me out regarding this

            Hi,

            I received an from ICICI bank regarding Rs. 2000 that was credited to my account as disbursement for some loan I requested from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. I never requested from any such loan from them.
            There is also a loan account number mentioned in the email that I am unable to check online.

            I tried talking to the customer service team for over an hour (had to call 5 times as I was just getting transferred round and round between teams or calls kept getting disconnected) and after that 1 hour, I was told that they don't have any information on the below yet.

                  Redemption Scici Deep Discount Bonds

                  Hi,

                  We have two Scici Deep Discount Bond of 1st September 1996 of 5000 each which redemption date is 1st September 2021. We tried to visit registered Scici office of Cuffe Parade which is mentioned on bond certificate but the office seems to me moved from there long back.
                  Also as enquired future we got to know Scici Limited is merged with Icici banks so tried contacting Icici BKC branch but can’t connect call.br...

                    I had a fast tag with icici bank customer id: 10016149 which was blacklisted due to tag issuance issues. I requested to close on 22/06/2021. Which is accepted and closed on 05/07/2021. On 06/07/2021 i received a refund also. But these people kept my vehicle KA53MB1420 in blacklist. They closed account but not removed it from blacklist with ncpi. (Govt authority) therefore reactivation of any new fasttag is not possible. I want to activate new tag because my old tag of icici this is not getting processed
                    If my tag account is closed on[protected] t should be removed from blacklist from ncpi. Very poor service from icici bank.

                    You can see attached image. It is clearly showing my account is closed but my tag is still blacklisted. Now i have raised another request on 19-jul-21 to remove my blacklist . They are giving timeline as minimum 3 working days.. are they doing this longer time if we are getting new TAG?? Please revert as early as possible.

                        I am customer of icici bank.Iopend icici mine saving account 3 months later same day I have done my video KYC officer say your KYC veifiys in 2 working days

                        Sir, with my knowledge the bank is charged a amount for (NACh_ad_rtn charges) I don't know why they charge for this I did not take any policeis loans but bank is continuously charge a amount like above mentioned for past two they changed 750 rupees and another thing there is no proper response from bank for that complaint

                                I am SAI SATEESH DARA, I have an ICICI Account from more than 15 years.

                                I see that there is a Debit Transaction in my account, PFB.

                                What is this about ? It looks like ICICI is doing this when they notice that, we are not logging into the account for a while.

                                Can you please credit the amount at the earliest.

                                    Effected my credit score

                                    I have asked ICICI bank to cancel my credit card and adjust my outstanding balance with the FD on which behalf i got my credit card. The customer care executive has assured me that it would take around 4-5 days to get my credit card cancelled and they also said that they would adjust the outstanding balance from my FD account. But till date they haven’t adjusted the FD amount with my credit card outstanding & my cibil score decreased. And...
