[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Fraud bank stealing money from customers account

I have done an transaction on 31 March 2017 via mobile app but the fund transfer was failed due to time out but the amount was deducted . I am waiting since then for my money but nither it is credited to beneficiary account nither refunded to source account. They are saying your money will be back within 3 days but it almost 6 days I don't know what type of online services they are provided. Please reply with the account details where you have puted my money in between so I can know why it is taking too much.

An amt 589/- Has been deducted from my ICICI account for 3 times in April and may and June months kindly stop it as I don't know that why it is cutting
