ICICI Bank — Fraud by ICICI and DSA

I applied for a personal loan in ICICI where DSA of ICICI bank was doing front ending . DSA made some commitments like - No pre closure charges of Loan . I was ok with that and provided loan papers on email . For this, I got call from ICICI credit manager that they are sending an email to my official email ID where I need to confirm some details like loan amount and purpose of loan .
I confirmed the same thru my official email ID . One day suddenly I got call from DSA that they got my loan cheque, then I asked them that why no doc got signed from me . They said I have my salary account in ICICI so they do not need any loan Doc signed .
After two days I got Loan statement, when I read that there is 5% Pre closure charges then I dropped an email to ICICI customer care and did call as well . They said that they are sending loan docs to me, I wrote that no docs got signed then what will you send . I dropped two emails to person to whom I confirmed details thru my official email ID as well . I didn't any get answer on this . I escalated mutiple times to customer care then used two levels of escalation in ICICI . But no positive result . On 13th May I got call from Sachin(RM) in ICICI that he has signed loan docs and if I haven't signed then he can send some one to get the same signed again . Then I came to know that he and DSA has forged my signature on loan Docs.
Not sure how many customers are impacted this way . Please help on this .
