ICICI Bank — Fraud by icici bank not activating my account

Hello I opened a savings bank account with icici bank on 15th April 2023. On their website it was advertised as instant account opening and no branch visits. I opened that account did the initial funding of 20000/- but my account is still not operational. I have written them emails about this but they give a very generic response. Their phone banking is also not working for past two days I have been trying to connect to a phone banking representative but their ivr menu is specially designed to frustrate account holders.
