ICICI Bank — Fraud credit card transaction | |||
Dear sir, i have registered my complain on customer care & complaint no sr[protected] dated 1st may 2015.There is no update about my complain so far.I hold an icici bank credit card & there has been some suspicious actvities in my a/c.Where an online transaction had been made rs.72321/- without my authorization. I have paid all the amount with interest in three emi.Still i have not received any receipt & reply from the bank. Pl investigate this matter. Regarding my complain no[protected], I have not received any receipt and any reply from yr bank.Pl send the receipt soon with no dues certificate.
