ICICI Bank — Fraud debit of Rs 826 from my saving accounts.

Today dated 30 March 2023, ICICI deducted 826 Rs as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-23 I have never used my Demat account. I have also requested to close my demat account 2 yrs back. Why it is still open? I didnt even wanted it in the first place it was forcefully opened by ICICI guy. They have been deducting this charge for last 3 years now.
