Dear sir,
Fraud online transaction was happened on my icici saving account on 27th october 2017 @ 21.08.
I came to know this through sms and email alert, which states that "dear customer, purchase of inr 10, 808.80 has been made on debit card linked to acct xxxx on 27-oct-17. Info: vin*g2s.com."
Immediately i called to icici customer service and block by debit card and internet banking. (Service request: sr[protected]
I am surprised and worried without my knowledge how the amount is debited on my saving account at least it should have asked otp.
I am worried how i will get back my hard earned money and how this issue will not arise in future. And i feel the security of the icici banking to be improved.
I request icici bank to return my money as soon as possible.
