Dear sir/madam, i am narendra kumar from tamilnadu, i am having my savings account in icici bank. On 01.04.16 i received a mail from icici bank customer service department stating that i have operated my internet banking in unauthorized system so login to your account otherwise your account will be disable in 48 hrs so i login to my account. On 03.04.16 i received 10 message from icici stating that i have recharged my mobile and recharge my paytm wallet, but i have not done any transaction for past 2 months. Total amount misused is rs.41000. I made a call to customer and raised complain against this they are saying that the transaction was done by with authorised code only but i have done any transaction i dont use paytm wallet and not recharged my mobile too. Please understand my situation and please help me to get back my money. Please any one help me to get back the money i worked hard and earned that money i am the only person who earn in my family.
