[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fraud kyc collection for credit card application form. | |||||
This month in august 2018 i got a call from icici bank credit card department her name was priyanka and telemarketing number was[protected]. They told me to submit all the kyc required for the credit card. They sent a person for the collection and signing of the icici credit card application form. The same was given to them on 6th august 2018. Since then there is no response on the status of my application one month has passed even not able to track my application online. Also the number above is coming switched off indicating some fraudulent activity. My concern is if they misuse my details i request icici bank to take an strict action.
