ICICI Bank — Fraud on personal loan interest rates

I took a personal loan from ICICI bank on 31 May, 2016. At that time, i was working with Intelligrape software Pvt. Ltd. (MNC in Noida). My company had a tie up with this bank. Also i have a salary account in the bank. At the time of discussion, bank executive committed me a rate of in between 11-12%. Some paper work was done. But my loan amount was credited to my salary account with EMI at 17.75 % which is unbelievable. They don't provide me any paper regarding interest rates. I went to bank, but there, the member at complaint section told me that its too late. Nothing can be done now. No satisfactory solution was given to my problem. I also met bank manager, but no solution at all.Its the fraud bank.
