Hi,

I recently noticed that ICICI bank is charging me a sum of 28 Rs for some charges which I was not clear of and on enquiring with them further they say that these ATM decline charges are levied if someone tries to withdraw an amount more than his current balance in the Bank.

I was surprised to hear that any such charge also exist and on further enquiry the representative has just one statement to give me that "These charges are levied as per RBI guidelines".

It is a possibility that a customer can mistakenly press a wrong amount to withdraw more money and also can be unaware of his current balance so may try to overwithdraw.

But I think levying a charge for this by the bank is not fair.

I think this practice in unfair and if this is wrong I would like to know a way through which I can raise my voice against this.

Rs 28 Charges were levied in may 2017.

    I am having a saving bank account. I purchased from online shopping sites. I returned the attached items 20days back. I have not yet recd the transfers in my account.i am getting all other transfers from other sites n account transfer. Myntra people have given me reference no as a proof that they have transfered the amount. But the bank is not crediting the amount in my account. Big cheaters they r. The card doesn't take time for debit but take a long time for credit. I need my money asap

      above service request close with call and with out information,
      I Lost i my dabit card, after i am register complain in icicle bank net baking on 24 apr 2017, we not receive dabit card, rs 230/- amount directly deduct by icici 27 apr 2017. my dabit card name coral dabit. as discussed i am try to card less withdrawn that time opt not receive and and unable withdrawn by card less,
      after i am call to icici bank that time i am unable to called to icici bank that time demanding some like dabit card pin, so after long time i am call to icici bank that time one person telling to please visit to our brach and process for instant davit card, after i am called to his branch that time one person tell charge apply for instant dabit card, after i am call to call cneter that time infirm to me charge apply for instant card, that time i am saying ok, after visit icici bank at ghod dod road branch that time on person saying minimum 3 working days required for start instant dabit card, after i am called to call centre that time saying 24 hour required for start, i am call to call centre that time unable to unable to called to authorised because all are busy . today is 6-may -2017, till date we not receive dabit and unable to withdran by atm, all are commitment fail icici bank, no baddy was reply properly, i am face issue last 15 days, till date my deduct not credit in my accont,

        Under-signed used my Debit Card linked to Account XXXXXXXX1402 for a Cash Withdrawal of INR 10, 000.00 at an ATM. Info NFS*CASH WDL*20 on 20th April’2017 at 6.24pm at Canara Bank ATM, Agra College RAJA BRANCH, But I received only Rs. 3000/- against withdrawal amount Rs. 10000/-.
        Again I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- using same debit card at same ATM machine at 6.29pm on 20th April’2017 but could not receive any amount.
        Again I tried my same debit card to withdraw Rs. 10000/- with other ATM machine adjacent to Canara Bank Agra College Branch which was successful.
        I lodged complaint No.SR[protected] dated 20.04.2017 at customer care no. of ICICI Bank against my first transition, Transition no. 9085 made at 6.24 pm on 20.04.2017 for which I received only Rs. 3000/-against withdrawal amount Rs. 10000/-
        When I could not receive my balance amount Rs. 7000/- nor any satisfactory response from ICICI customer care, Undersigned again lodged complaint on 30.04.2017 Complaint No. SR[protected] but still neither I received / refunded my balance amount Rs. 7000 nor any satisfactory response.
        Copy of transition slip is enclosed for your reference pl.
        Undersigned again lodged on line complaint on 03.05.17 for which we received your response as:
        “Your request has been registered vide SR[protected] on 04-MAY-17. It will be completed within 1 working days”.
        Sir/ Mam, we are trying our level best from top to bottom for recovering my balance amount Rs. 7000/- but sorry to say that till date neither I received my balance amount nor any cctv footage (as requested) if the transition was successful.

          I got a call from[protected]. The lady told me that she was calling from credit card division and wanted to give me a cash back because my reward points had expired.
          Later, noticed that an amount of 19500 has been deducted from my account over 4 transactions of 4875 each.
          I got message that someone has tried to generate 3D pin and called customer care immedidately, because this was not done by me. ICICI Customer care asked me to call them after one hour because their systems were down!!!
          These transactions were NOT authorized by me and have been debited to an VIN/IDEAMONEY account.
          Please reverse this to my icici account at the earliest. Request your co-operation in this regard.

              As per our early conversation over phone your bank credited an amount of rs 1, 80, 000 to my saving icici bank a/c no[protected] as a cash in select against my icici bank credit card [protected],
              You send a letter of repayment schedule, which indicates the interest principal components & service tax of my emis against the cash in select facility which i avail by your bank, your letter reference no 9240073 dated 14/07/2015 & regular basis. I also deposited emi through cheque of your durgapur branch,

              Repayment letter & deposited slip i also scan to you but four deposited slip i misplaced & i mention details given below

              Just like "bold form the blue" i have got the mail (03/05/2017) from your bank that my emi amount is pending dues rs7216.37 and payment immediately but my emi cheque has been debited amount rs 6240 from my icici savings bank a/c as on 27/04/2017.

              According to current rti act it should be bankers responsibility to informed your customer for any further changes regarding above mention loan, if you not answered within 7 days i will treat it with my merit & current consumer act.

                I have icici bank credit card no : [protected],

                Every month i deposited payment in time but last month payment is deposited one week late then they charged 750 rs plus 112 rs late payment that is fine
                But also they charges auto dabit return fee 946 rs plus 142 rs service charges. I did not activated any auto dabit service in my dabit card of icici.

                  While complaining icici bank they are saying fund has been transferred successfully. While contacting sbi they are not receiving the amount.
                  And i contact icici bank customer care also. They are saying complaint mail should be beneficiarywhile the beneficiary sent the mail, they are saying ki mail should be from sender. No one is giving exact resolution
                  Kindly look into the matter

                    I have a current a/c with icici, karkhana branch with a/c no:[protected]. I had made a transfer of rs.100000/- on 05th may 2017 and its debited to my account immediately.

                    I received as message stating imps txn is timed out at beneficiary bank. It would be updated in 3 working days.

                    Its second instance of icici playing around with my money. If there is an error kindly reverse the amount immediately. Icici is cheating and playing with float of customers.

                      I am an account holder in icici bank had made a debit card transaction at medplus stores of rs. 2086 on 2nd may 2017 (Transaction id is vps/medplus-rit/[protected]/0). This transaction failed and the debit card swipe machine threw an error saying "cancelled, transaction failed". This amount never got reversed to my account and it has been 4 days since this transaction took place.. I want this transaction amount to be credited back to my account and refund of the same asap. Please sort this issue at the earliest.
                      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I have provided all details and documents as asked by the bank. There is still no response or acknowledgement from the banks end. This is pathetic. Sent 2 mails with all details to customer care and customer disputes of ICICI. Very poor service.

                        Referring to subjected matter, I have paid the final dues of my loan A/c no LTRGH[protected] vide transaction ID BD[protected] on 28.04.2014 Amount 2902.00. But till date I have not received my NOC from the bank inspite of several reminders.
                        I have tried to search and lodge my queries online but not found any option as it requires netbanking ID and Password against the same account which I have never received by any means by the bank.

                            I have applied for credit card one month ago, but no follow up by ICICI executives, seems like not intrested to give, No value of customer, after waiting for 15days I applied in other bank and within 7 days i got my card from other bank.
                            Icici bank third class service, no customer value. after one month still no updates. very much unsatisfied service of ICICI.
                            pls dont go to ICICI.

                              I Wish closed but funds not credited.

                              I created an iwish account and had to close it the other day as i needed funds, but the funds did not come ot my acocunt at all. Whenever i call icici bank customer care or send them mails, they reply saying your iwish account is still open, even after attaching screenshots that the account has been closed. They are not giving my money back.
                              I have tried esclating it, calling people multiple time, sending mail to greivances redressal...

                                I ordered 2 killer watches (Order no 111629 and 111620) @ 349 rs offer a month back. The offer said only the delivery charge of 349 needs to be paid. They said that the watches will be delivered in 28 days.. But its been more than a month. Still did not receive those watches. Icici keeps sending such fraud promotional offers but does not deliver. I called the customer care number [protected] multiple times. But i did not get any response from them. There is a link to track the order. But even after a month, there is no tracking number generated against my order number. They still have not shipped it so far. Buyers beware.

                                  I am Rupinder Kaur This the second time writing this complain need solution. I have applied for Credit card on 24/04/2017 still didn't get status of my card. And all the verification was done on 29/04/2017 but still when trying to check through on line or through SMS getting error like "NO RECORD FOUND". What the hell ICICI bank is doing to update one status of credit card. Before that I was given a complain here got a call from ICICI bank they promise me they will update me within two working days but didn't get any call after that. Need update ASAP.

                                    It is to inform you that on 5th Nov, 2005 I took house loan from ICICI HFL Patiala branch for 15 years (180 months).
                                    I have paid 136 installments out of 180 installments regularly without any delay. Still 228 more installments are pending according to loan statement.
                                    I did not receive any information from ICICI bank regarding this and bank can’t do this without any information and consent.
                                    I sent a request letter to ICICI bank to settle my account through E-mail on 6-2-2017 but I did not receive any satisfactory answer from the bank.
                                    On 3rd March I sent the same complaint to the Banking Ombudsman Chandigarh through online portal whose complaint number is [protected] and the same to the Department of consumer affairs also whose complaint number is 178857.
                                    On 13th April received a mail from Chandigarh Ombudsman but I'm not satisfied with the decision.(Copy attached)
                                    I wanted to highlight that I had availed loan of Rs.254696/- in November 2005 and after paying Rs.366704/- in regular 136 installments upto April 2017 without any default. Still Rs.235000/- approximate principal amount is pending and moreover it is demanded to pay Rs.650000/- approximate amount for next 19 years whereas the loan was availed only for 15 years ie. Nov. 2005 to Dec. 2020 and it has become of 34 years ie. till 2039. I was never informed about all this from the bank. I suddenly planned to close my loan account and inquired about the closing balance and then the shocking situation arose. I would like to mention here that increased amount of installment was also paid regularly as we were trying to understand that it was just because of increase in rate of interest. We never had the idea of increased tenure.
                                    Kindly understand my position and give the right decision. Waiting for the earliest satisfactory reply.

                                      I had above savings account with ICICI, Exhibition Road Branch (presently), the branch debited my account affecting the minimum balance below Rs. 5, 000/- in 2009 . And thereafter I did not make further transactions till now.

                                      I had also written a letter to the branch but no person received that letter and thereafter I sent that letter by courier. No reply being received by bank side and whole amount may be charged as bank charges.

                                      Can I get latest position of the said account through on my email.
