Dear sir/madam, I was checking my credit score and it came to my notice that a loan is showing open in icici bank in my name, with account no. Lpjrh[protected]. But, i had never availed any loan from any bank as yet. Request you to kindly assist me with the loan details so that i can take this matter further. This incident has caused me immense mental trauma. Looking forward for your assistance and acknowledgement on the same matter.
