[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fraud transaction at icici bank | |||
Two "fraud transaction" occurred on my icici saving bank account on 12th september 2017 for 10k and 9k respectively (Without any otp being sent to my registered mobile number) To complaint for the same i reached out to icici customer care (Request number sr[protected] After series of complaints, follow-ups and frustration i got absolute "zero" help from the bank (Please note : this is my salary account) Instead of helping, the customer care executives are blaming me of disclosing my card credentials (Card number and atm pin) for these fraud transactions. Bank is not ready to take any responsibility for this unethical/unauthenticated activity of a valued customer nor they are providing me with basic details (Like merchant name/address) about this online transaction. In this era where our pm/government is emphasizing on "digital india" and "cashless economy", such cases weakens the enthusiasm of a customer to take part in these nobel government initiatives. Could you please enlighten me with your expert advise to get my hard earned money retained. Please note : there are various such complaints (With icici fraud) present in google.
