I am holding my salary account is icici bank sector 34 branch chandigarh. My name initials in the bank in v d misra but my correct name is v d mishra. There is a spelling mistake of missing h in misra in bank account. I am holding my account for the last 17 yrs. The name on icici debit card and credit card is correct. Even i have custodian minor account also of my minor daughter in icici account. I approached to bank no of times even there representative also visited my house and assured that it will be done. But so far no action. This is not good attitude of the bank. I showed my pan card, adhere card and govt id also. Please do needful. My account no. Is[protected].

      I have 4 fds with icici bank . 3 of them are lien marked for 5 years against my car loan. the fd maturity date was 1 year and 1.5 year before lien mark. while getting it lien marked i enquired will that i will recieve interest for 5 years as it will be under hold for 5 years against the loan. i have already made many complains on icici customer care and the minto park deputy manager was supposed to call me regarding the matter . i didnot recieve any call backs from the branch nor the customer care. i tried talking to my icici relationship manager not recieving any help from there also. i am stuck in work and dont have time to visit brach this month and they clearly have no interest in paying my money which is mine. the fd is for 5 years and they dont want to pay my interest. kindly look into the matter and help me.

        I am diddi naveen kumar, i have applied for icici credit card and i got confirmation message on 4th september 2017.in that message they mentioned credit card last 4 digits and they gave pin number also, so once i received that card, i can change that pin...

        But till today i did not get credit card... So credit card is dispatched or not?

            I had paid through payment gateway easy pay of rs. 4510/- for admission in d el ed nios course on dated 12.09.2017 at time 18:17:34. The amount is debited from my sbi a/c transaction reference no - [protected]igabzwkam8. But the amount not updated in nios registration site. So, i am unable to complete the form fill-up. So, please help me.

                I have been getting sms reminder and statement for non-payment. I really don't why this is being sent to me when i don't have to make any payment. Request somebody, preferably an officer to call me, to discuss this.

                Please treat this as very urgent, as i don't like to get such reminders.

                      I applied personal loan through agent and they confirmed that interest rate will be 10.99, specially they said like they taken approval by icici bank. This whole incident happen like this, one of agent executive visited to sign off agreement documents and didn't confirm interest rate and even i didn't ask as it was already confirmed by them over phone call. As everything was looks fine to me, i requested agent to share loan number or any reference number which i can show to bank and further gets some more details, i keep approaching them but they didn't share anything and stopped picking up my phone. Now amount has been disbursed into my account and when i calculated emi amount, its more than what agent confirmed me over phone call..

                      Today, somehow i managed to get loan number details, and called to relation ship manager mr. Manoj upadhya, [protected]. He told me that you have to pay cancellation charges including processing fees, service tax and per day charges on amount as they didn't care what agent agreed with us.
                      If they didn't care, why the bank is running business through them. Even i asked if bank is not suppose to send such loan details on email. He was just confirmed that i have confirmed on email to bank personal but this email hardly explain anything about loan like interest rate, processing fees ect. Mr. Manoj.

                      For me now i want to return this amount to bank without paying any charges as its fraud with me and these agents using banks to commit crime by hiding such information with customers.

                      Can someone help to resolve this issue... Below is loan details and relationship manager number. Also, agent number.

                        not able to apply ipo through icici internet banking

                        While apply for ipo through icici internet banking it shows error that "this feature is currently under maintenance. Request you to visit the nearest asba enabled branch to submit your application. Apologies for the inconvenience caused".

                        I checked by using other browser but same error occured.

                        Also i had applied for ipo before but never seen this error before.

                        Till date of 12th sept is not yet received by sc bank.
                        I contact icici bank customer care so many times but didn't get any reply.
                        I am paying penalty to sc bank for late credit card payment.
                        I want refund of rs. 1124 from icici bank and penalty imposed by sc bank of rs. 500 for late payment.

                          One of your executive (Pallavi) i was talking to her for 25 mint. She didnt even get my point. Instead of refunding my amount she suggested me to block my account because i made a fraud payment to someone. When i asked her to transfer my call to senior she transferred it to very beginning. (Where we dial your number first time). Wastage of time. You people charge us 12% interest if we take the loan and you only give us 4% (According to your executive. I suspect you do) you keep 8% at least you can give us good services and better executive)

                            When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dp chgs till may-17' — inr 450'. I never did create the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                             If you put any information on this site, you will receive n numbers of calls, they will ask you debit card details, they will not solve your problem, but they will take out your all amount from your account. Please don't share any details on this website, this is totally fraud. If they ask you for debit card, just start abusing them. Ma... Bahin... Etc...

On 14.07.2017, rs. 115 deducted from my account for monthly average-bal non - maintenance charge though i have enough amount in my account, i have enough amount in my account, i have enough amount in my account and due to your software problem balance not transferred from mod balance to main balance.                               I got a call from icici card services, they asked my card details for give reward points. I shared my card details, after otp received.in that message shows amount transfer to quantum en. I didn't shared my otp to him. I blasted him & disconnected the call.

                                I have paid fees of my of rs 4545 through eazypay.com website on12th sep 2017 by my sbi debitt card but transaction was fail with transaction pos no[protected], but dl. Ed nios board authorities saying that they have not received fees. I want to know where my amount has debited. I want reimbursement of the same. Icici bank customer care is not responding.

                                    I have gone to hp petrol pump & fill a pump but owner is swipe a card to other machine.

                                    Why customer bear a extra pay. Because icici bank machine swipe a card no extra charges. But other machine swipe a card extra charge is paying by customer.

                                    Pls take a action& instruct to your collaboration with hp using a icici bank swipe machine....
