Today ie on[protected]three) fraud tansactions were made on my credit card.
customerservice numbers were not useful as they say exeeded the time alowed timelimit while giving the details asked for by them or exeeded the number of attempts.
is it the way of customer service in emergency conditions also.
do they think we are playing with them in such emergency.
in their website there is no emailaddress for customer care / service
this is the state of affair in serious conditions also.
