ICICI Bank — Fraud with Loan Amount

Hi,

I have taken person loan from ICICI with Loan account number LPHYD[protected] at ICICI Infosys Branch, Hyderabad.

Attached to the loan they deducted approximately 27, 000 towards loan secure insurances. But for the same I didn't receive insurance documents. I received insurance documents for the amount 13, 500 (approx) and same information was told by ICICI customer care.

To get clarity and corresponding documents for the 27000 deducted, I followed up ICICI Prudential Branch, Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad, sent emails to customer care, visited ICICI Infosys Branch, Hyderabad multiple times.

No body would be able to clarify or help for the deducted amount or proceed on the cancellation of the policy.

I decided to raise police complaint on Branch Manager, Sales Representative of ICICI Infosys Branch, Hyderabad. Before that I would like to check if I can get any help from this forum to resolve my issue.
