ICICI Bank — Fraud with my credit card | |||
I am a victim of online fraud where the bank personal asked me my credit card number to provide me loan. I was in need of the same so I had just provided my credit card number without any other details but still I don't know how but a sum of Rs. 27, 075/- (Twenty Seven Thousand Seventy Five) was deducted from my credit card without any knowledge or sms for confirmation on 14th March 2020. When my bank statement came then only I knew that I was a victim. in my bank statement it shows some online purchase and I am sure with some effort the bank can get hold of the culprits.. I have requested many time to the bank and customer service but nothing happens. My credit card bill is getting high with evry delay and I want a quick response with help of this.. Thank you..
