[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fraudulent Charges | |||
I'm getting charged Rs. 17.25 every quarter for minor accounts[protected] and[protected] without my approval. What are these charges for and why it is getting charged without my permission? I never subscribed for these services when opening the account nor have I received any such Value Addition SMS for both minor accounts till date. This is really frustrating and seems like as if banks are indulged in some fraudulent activities. The bank representatives simply asked us to sign the forms at various places and filled up the forms by themselves. I never given permission for any paid SMS facility. I would like all such charges to be refunded since account opening and need immediate explanation. Was this information helpful? | |||
