I would like to inform you on the abovesaid subject matter that I am shocked to see the SMS from ICICI Bank that a transaction of Rs 30, 000.00 has been made at 04.37 pm today i.e., 14/09/2023 at Clove Soft as per ICICI bank credit card statement. I immediately called the customer care number of ICICI bank[protected] at the same time through my mobile number – 98xxxxxx73. During that time I also received an IVR call from ICICI bank regarding confirmation of the transaction of Rs 30, 000.00 which I immediately declined by selecting option-2 on the call of ICICI Bank. Soon I received another SMS of Rs 1, 00, 000.00 transaction from ICICI bank for shopping at Clove Soft which was stopped / declined by the ICICI bank itself as I was already raised the complaint against above said transaction on IVR and also informed the customer care executive to stop all such transactions done by some fraudulent person by hacking my card details and hacking other confidential information from unknown sources. While I was on call with the customer care executive at same time, they blocked my card immediately so that no further transaction has been execute by them using my card details.
Even after regular follow-ups with customer care team with ICICI bank complaint department number – 18002662 they registered my complaint on the same matter dated 14/09/2023. I also raised the complaint with cybercrime cell and the complaint no is [protected] dated 15/09/2023. Now ICICI bank is not cooperating with me and impose a charged with this transaction plus late fee of Rs 1, 000.00 and 18% GST on it. The case is still under investigation with the cybercrime police cell of Delhi Police. The dispute request option has been disabled by ICICI Bank on their mobile application and web portal as well. How this transaction makes without OTP on the registered mobile number and email id as well.
I want to inform the authorities that I never did any of these transactions and the card as well as mobile was in my possession at the time of SMS receive from ICICI bank. Someone has hacked the information of my card or make a crone of my mobile sim which I don’t have any idea about this. I humbly request to kindly protect me by investigating the matter and to safeguard the innocent people’s life by refunding my amount back to me.
