[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fraudulent transaction via vin/innovative

Date[protected] fraudulent transaction happened on my icici debit card for the amount of rs.5, 530 in single transaction.

Please note that i didn't lose my debit card or give my card details or internet banking information or 3d secure pin to anyone and debit card was with me when all said transaction took place. This had happened once before as well through vin/innovative but i assumed that it was a transaction i made and ignored it.

Icici bank claims that the cards are secured and embedded with a chip, so how is possible for someone to steal money from my account through online transaction without knowing otp/3d secure pin/atm debit pin along with card expiry date and cvv on the card.

Please take necessary action on this complaint.
